Key Bank USA complaint

My husband make a deposit to IRA account a week ago, and his money is missing, they post $5,000 in his account, and nobody knows nothing. Even some people said there are other Banks, since they purchase Union State Bank, they purchase all our accounts, out of 6 accounts we been having problems with at least 4 of them, when I call costumer service they said to me that I was use to a good service because USB was a small bank but now everything is a mess, I am crying for weeks now, on my mortage they said they sold to countrywide but Key bank appears on the statement and since February, when this start Im having problems with my escrow account, they even in one of the staments increase my city taxes to 150% more, missing my school taxes the first month and reversal payments to my account, on a bussiness account in 10 days they collected $365 in overdraft, on my home equity they have me on variable interest when is supose to be lock, and the new one on my husband IRA account his money $30,000 is been missing for a week and noboby Knows how to put the money back or what to do, maybe they just stole his money.
