after a direct deposit error the bank made on my account, it was overdrawn by close to $250. When i called numerous times to keybank, as well as the branch that i opened my account with not even a supervisor was williing to help me with my problem.
Key Bank's mess up cost me over $200, if you are looking for a bank that is willing to meet you at a middle road and come to a solution to please both you and the bank I would strongly reccomend staying as far from this bank as you possibly can.
