Took out a HELOC for $100,000.
KeyBank gave me the loan then during the process took out not one but two liens for the loan.
They admitted the mistake but can do nothing to fix it.
My Title company/Escrow company made multiple attempts to correct by faxing in requests and waiting the obligatory 5 business days with no result.
I faxed in a request, and so did the manager, supposedly.
I asked for a letter from KeyBank to provide the escrow company to pay off both liens.
Waited 5 days but no results.
Back to the main branch but they say there is no one to call only perhaps emails to send.
Meanwhile I cant close on a house I purchased because KeyBank wont provide the escrow company with any letter!
Wondering why I even continue to bank there!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100000.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Empty promises to do something.
