Key Bank is the worst financial institution I have ever used. My husband used the mobile deposit app and even checked afterwards where it showed "pending ".

We received no notification that it wasn't being deposited. Even though Key Bank could see this - they would not reverse the fees for their error. When I called they said they would call me back before they closed and they never called me back. My daughter had an account opened as well so that I could transfer money each payday for what she owed me and this wasn't set up either.

When I called to transfer the money since I couldn't through mobile banking, the branch said the couldn't even though I'm on both accounts.

I called the general customer service line and they charged $3 to transfer money between my own accounts. Save yourself time, hassle and money by staying as far away from Key Bank as possible!
